1. Room Rates Include

  • Room rates include service charges and VAT, excluding commission.
  • Rates apply to single or double occupancy and include breakfast at the hotel.
  • Complimentary use of the swimming pool and fitness center (if available).
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel.
  • Complimentary tea, coffee, and 2 bottles of mineral water in the room each day.

2. Children Policy

  • Children under 6 years old: Stay free when sharing a bed with parents and enjoy complimentary breakfast. Maximum 2 children per room.
  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old: Sharing a room with parents without an extra bed will be charged VND 150,000 per child per breakfast, equivalent to 50% of the breakfast rate.
  • Children aged 12 and above: Are considered adults.

3. Extra Bed Policy

  • Extra bed: VND 400,000 per bed per night, including breakfast. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 1 extra bed.
  • Third-person surcharge without an extra bed: VND 250,000 per person per night, including breakfast.

4. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in: After 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and are subject to room availability at the time of the request.

5. Early Check-in and Late Check-out Charges

Check-in before 6:00 AM or check-out after 6:00 PM 100% of one night’s room rate
Check-in from 6:00 AM to before 9:00 AM or check-out from 3:00 PM to before 6:00 PM 50% of one night’s room rate
Check-in from 9:00 AM to before 2:00 PM or check-out after 12:00 PM to before 3:00 PM 30% of one night’s room rate

Note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and will only be confirmed when the hotel is able to accommodate the request.
